If you’re feeling stuck, afraid, lost, or hopeless, you don’t have to go through it alone.

As a therapist, I help people who are feeling stuck, or maybe even hopeless. Maybe hopelessness is a new feeling for you, or maybe it’s all too familiar.

Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in your . . .

  • Marriage or relationship

  • Faith or spirituality

  • Sex life

  • Addictions or behaviors that feel out of control

  • Sense of purpose or identity in life

Wherever you find yourself, I believe that there is more for you.

Virginia Satir, a renowned therapist, said, “I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.” This quote embodies my philosophy as a therapist because I believe that you deserve and are capable of a life full of self-worth, authentic relationships, and a deeper understanding of self.

I believe that you can live a life characterized by peace and healing. I believe you can break cycles of shame, abuse, and trauma that may have controlled you up to this point. You were created for more and I want to help you believe that and live that.

I can help you with:

  • Couples counseling

  • Pre-marital counseling

  • Faith and spirituality

  • Sex and sexuality

  • Unwanted, out-of-control sexual behaviors

My clients are:

Ready to show up for themselves and enter each session with a willingness to put in the work towards a life of fulfillment and purpose. Whether as individuals or couples, my clients seek healing, peace, and hope.

What you can expect from me:
