Online sessions work the same as in-person sessions—the only difference is your conversations take place through our secure video conference line (telehealth) or phone calls. Some people wonder if talking through a screen dilutes the therapy experience, but that has not been the case for our clients. If you have a reliable internet connection, our secure telehealth platform enables us to connect and converse easily.
